Basically I utilized the back buttons so you don't have to take your thumb off the right stick and made 2 things easier. L4 - Switch targets. R4 - Jump. L5 - Jump Dash. R5 - Full Auto Shoot (may once in a while charge after shooting, I don't know why). Feel free to copy and use/release this as your own.
