combined playtime Added new functionality to my prior configuration. Click Left Stick to toggle Dash. Click Right Stick to put the game into Fullscreen. Press Y to perform Apollo Combos/Summons/Item Crash. In addition, you can hold Right Bumper+B to swap the direction of the Apollo items (since the Macro has to specify a direction;) by default, throws to the right.

combined playtime A modified version of Atrum Runa's Dash Toggle config. Holding down RT enables the dash toggle, and releasing RT disables it. Rewind is now toggled by clicking the Left Stick.
