This is to allow a toggle sprint feature on the controller without bringing up the steam menu when accessing inventory. Hold down on the D-pad while looking in a chest to quick transfer the stack of items you are looking at to your inventory. (note : quick transfer only seems to work when taking from chests, it does not work when transferring items out of your inventory.)
