While not holding LT, RT will instead perform CQC. Click the Left Stick to toggle between normal movement and stalking. D-Pad is used for weapon and item switching, and down on the D-Pad is to interrogate. RB (First Person) is now a toggle instead of a hold.

R2 - Fire (gun stays readied between shots!). R3 - Clicking the stick switches the left-stick between regular movement and stalking. Equipment and Weapon menu controls moved to L1/R1. Square and L3 still bound as these inputs have multiple purposes, also allows you to unready your weapon in certain circumstances.

combined playtime If you're having issues with your controller not being detected by MGS3, try this. I configured it to convert any button input to its analogous keyboard input. I played through Virtuous Mission and it works pretty well, the only issue is that you only have 8 directions of input for your joysticks.
