Menu button opens tab menu, hold + move right stick then release button to select tabs quickly. D-Pad up (hold) + right trackpad for misc system inputs.

You'll still need to type on your keyboard for names/chatting, but all of the combat functions, camera, movement options, spells, item slots, etc. are available. This is optimized explicitly for PS4 and PS5 controllers because it uses the touchpad for some things, so it will be missing features on other gamepads.
