combined playtime Removed "T" and "TAB" as they don't seem to function as described in the KEYBINDS menu(Target, Switch Target). Added "C" to glance stats cause UI Overlays started to overlap as I can't find a good place for them or resize them. Made a Chord of 1-4 that SHOULD allow the use of up to 4 skills on the "CTRL" Shortcut Table if I didn't mix up the button names again(Why do 2 face buttons have 4 designations? Just call em "L MENU" and "R MENU" so it's not up to trial and error knowing which is which) Added "SHIFT"
