Official Configuration with Accurate Mouse like Joystick

A config with accurate mouse-like joystick. Doesn't jitter. In GTA V gamepad settings, set First-Person Deadzone to 0 and Third-Person to 1 or 2 and look acceleration to max. Set aiming sensitivities to around half and a bit more for look sensitivities. You can change senstivity until it feels right.
