modified official gamepad settings for steam deck

i tried to fix some of the things that they've failed to add with their partial controller support. made right track pad "mouse" so you can actually aim in combat and fishing. L4 and R4 are both "shift" for better inventory management. everything else is default gamepad settings that comes with the game.
