Death Scourges Base Controller Layout

Maps everything except middle mouse button for "Aim Zoom". I would suggest customizing it at least slightly to your preferences as this is merely intended to be a basic controller layout that maps everything important. I have not played enough to get a proper feel for how this layout will hold up under a high pressure situation in-game or if the most important controls are mapped to the most easily accessible buttons.
