Making use of 2 mods from NexusMods, both by me (freqwasd) named MixedInput LockKMBUI, and AltHotBarMod. This config takes practice but gives you everything all the most important keys to have available with both thumbs on stick+rpad. The BPAD is super useful for quickly equipping the right thing, and the hotbar mod (LTFullPull) gives you another inventory row of quick equip items.
