craftersshaft's Happy Wheels config

mostly set up for easier pogo jumping, with a key bound to one of the back paddles for bike flying and another to go "whee", based on what i had already set up for myself before the official steam release came out. might turn out a bit janky ingame cause i forget if i set my controls manually to be different buttons
