Holding the buttons only selects, but not casts them. LB is now not bound to a button, but holding LB and pressing dpad left and right activated LB and RB.

Left trackpad is for the dialogue wheel at second highest resolution, right trackpad for mouse. Set our zoom level to the second nearest to have the cursor jump right over Hawke's head when touching the right stick to open doors.
