After a mistake in the last configuration. Anyway. Bypassing iffy gamepad/mouse swapping, and gamepad issues by binding the game to the keyboard keys, which I then tweaked until I found it comfortable. Change horizontal/vertical inversion in-game so as not to mess up menu navigation.
