SWITCH PRO - GYRO CAMRA + MAGIC AIMING [MODE SHIFTING] Nintendo Switch Pro about 1 month combined playtime This control scheme for NieR is created for two major functions. 1. Allow for a light Gyro camera control so that way you can soak in the excellent environments of Nier without having to jerk your camera with your right stick. This is intended for nice and smooth free camera controls. 2. Once you’ve unlocked magic when you hold the “left trigger” (L2 for PS4/PS5 controllers) you will be able to gyro aim as if you are using a mouse. This will allow you make use of gyro aiming while also allowing you to just press the left trigger for a quick magic spell without compromising for one or the other. [ I went for the mouse option as this will also allow you to use the mouse when reading documents or answering questions for a later section of the game. ]My recommendation for the most optimal experience is adjust your camera settings in game for best comfort level of sensitivity. However for “magic aiming” I recommend in Game setting it to the lowest setting, while keeping the highest setting for the Custom Controls in Steam. DISCLAIMER AND NOTES: I have not played through the entire game with these settings so I may modify them at a later date. I have also made it possible to disable one of the gyro cameras as they are set on different “Mode Shifting” options if you’d prefer to keep on over the other. Also, feel free to modify the sensitivity as you’d like. If you like these custom controls for NieR please give this configuration a like! :)
