USE DEFAULT BUTTON CONFIG IN GAME OPTIONS. This sets X to fire straight shot and auto-fire wide shot, giving both shot types at once for max damage - just hold X. Shield is on RB and straight shot on its own on RT, wide shot on its own is still A.
