Renz's Minecraft Layout Steam Controller (2015) Includes Radial Wheel for the Hotbar, you can also press the left trackpad to open the inventory. Left paddle is jump, right paddle is toggle crouch. I'd advise turning off controller hints as this uses both controller and keyboard inputs. Enjoy!
