QTE Fix (semi-circle and slow QTE)

Use cross shape deadzone to fix semi-circle QTE. To help with slow QTE (discontinuous-line) I use min inner and max outer deadzone and make sure it is actually in effect. I also set Output Anti-Deadzone to have input recognized as soon as I move the joystick.
