Modified Keyboard (WASD) and Mouse controls Steam Deck about 2 months combined playtime l2 and r2 are left and right arrow respectively and made the left stick/trackpad work as a mouse where fully pressing down also acts as left click. Found this let you play the game pretty comfortably.
