RE5 Default Layout (Disabled Co-Op on Pause)

This layout allows you to use the "Start" button on your controller to open the Pause Menu without launching split-screen play. This sets split-screen play to the "ESC" key on the keyboard instead. Note that RE5 overrides to keyboard if pressing a key on it while in-game, which will alternatively set split-screen play to "Start".
