A few things to note, you must ensure the respective actions are bound to the same key: Vault/Jump, Switch to next sight/Switch to previous sight, Laser On/Off/FLIR Switching, Throwable/Throw Gadget, Reload/Repair, Interact/Build, Drag Players/Bandage.
